House Cleaning Services

General House Cleaning – Prices start from:

Included:

Eco-friendly products and equipment
Dusting and wiping all reachable surfaces (tables, shelves, counters)
Vacuuming and sweeping floors, carpets and rugs
Mopping hard floors (tiles, vinyl, hardwood)
Cleaning bathrooms: sinks, toilets, mirrors and counters
Kitchen: wiping counters, stovetop surfaces, outside of appliances, and sink
General tidying: arranging cushions, folding blankets, straightening rooms
Linen changed that is provided by the client.
Emptying bins and taking out trash

Not included:

Washing or ironing clothes
Deep cleaning ovens, fridges or freezers
Washing windows or high-reach areas

Our deep clean is perfect for thorough refreshes or seasonal cleans. Every corner of your home is carefully attended to, leaving it spotless and sparkling.

Everything in the Regular House Clean
Cleaning inside and outside of the oven and hob
Cleaning inside and outside of the fridge and freezer
Includes all cupboards (inside if empty)
Washing reachable windows
High dusting: ceiling fans, vents, light fixtures, and corners
Wiping baseboards, skirting boards, doors and door frames
Moving light furniture to clean underneath

Not included:

Extremely heavy or immovable furniture
Outdoor cleaning (unless specifically requested)

We do not offer laundry washing or ironing due to our quick turnaround times, except for short-term rental changeover services.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the total invoice.

Q: Is there a retainer fee to secure a booking? A: Yes. A retainer fee of 50% is required to secure your booking and confirm your service date. This is deducted from your final invoice.

Q: How long does a typical cleaning take? A: Cleaning time depends on your property and service. We will give an estimated timeframe when you book.

Q: Are your cleaners trained and reliable? A: Yes! All our staff are professionally trained, background-checked and insured. We ensure quality and safety in every clean.

Q: Do I need to provide cleaning products? A: Not at all. We bring all premium cleaning products and equipment needed. Optional product bundles for ongoing maintenance are also available for your convenience.

Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning? A: Not at all. Clients can provide access and return afterward; we always respect your privacy and security.

Q: Can you clean after hours? A: We do not offer after-hours cleaning on weekdays. After-hours service is available on Saturdays only.

Shop Front & Window Cleaning

Q: Do you clean shop front windows? A: Yes! We provide professional and easily accessible interior and exterior window cleaning for shops, offices and commercial buildings. (Please note: high or hard-to-reach windows are not included)

Q: How often should shop fronts be cleaned? A: For maximum impact, we recommend monthly cleaning, or more frequently in high-traffic areas to maintain a polished, professional look.
